Indonesia Komodo Tour is a Komodo tour agency helping travelers discover Komodo National Park through carefully selected boat trips and local travel experiences.
Based in Labuan Bajo, the main gateway to Komodo National Park, we help travelers find and arrange Komodo Island tours, liveaboard experiences, private boat charters, and open trip sailing programs through selected local boat operators.
We work with a range of phinisi boats, from standard to deluxe and luxury options, giving travelers more flexibility to choose a trip that matches their travel style, preferences, and budget. Depending on the trip, travelers can explore destinations such as Padar Island, Komodo Island, Pink Beach, Manta Point, Taka Makassar, and other locations across Komodo National Park.
Our role is to make the process of choosing and arranging a Komodo trip easier. Instead of spending hours comparing different boats and itineraries, travelers can share their preferences with us and receive guidance on suitable options from our local partners.
With local knowledge, carefully selected boat partners, and responsive customer support, we aim to make every booking clear, straightforward, and comfortable from the first inquiry to the end of the journey. Our Story
Indonesia Komodo Tour was founded from a shared vision to make it easier for travelers to experience Komodo National Park through well-matched travel and boat experiences.
The business was initially developed by Lalu Agus Ramansata, a tourism entrepreneur with extensive experience in Komodo Island travel. He began his career in the travel industry, specializing in Komodo Island tours and working closely with travelers visiting Labuan Bajo.
As his experience in the tourism industry grew, Lalu Agus expanded his involvement into boat operations and developed a deeper understanding of the local sailing industry, including the challenges involved in providing reliable and enjoyable experiences for travelers.
The company later expanded with the involvement of Jozhua Heng, a business partner and former colleague from Australia. Jozhua joined as a shareholder and brought experience in digital development, website management, online booking systems, and international customer expectations.
Together, they developed Indonesia Komodo Tour with the goal of connecting travelers with suitable local boat partners while making the process of planning and booking a Komodo trip simpler and more transparent.

Today, Jozhua Heng serves as the CEO of Indonesia Komodo Tour, leading the company’s business development, digital systems, customer experience, and long-term growth strategy.
Having lived in Australia and worked closely with the tourism industry in Indonesia, Jozhua understands both the local tourism environment and the expectations of international travelers. He oversees the company’s digital platforms and works to make the process of discovering, comparing, and arranging Komodo trips easier for customers from around the world.
Working alongside Lalu Agus and selected local boat partners, Jozhua helps ensure that travelers receive clear information, responsive support, and suitable options based on their preferences and budget.
